A repeat order should start from an agreed product record, not simply a previous photograph or a familiar product name. For importers and retailers, a short reorder review helps make differences visible before production and listing updates are approved. This guide outlines a practical record that purchasing and merchandising teams can share.
Keep the model reference, previous order reference and approval date together. Attach the accepted specification sheet and clearly label its revision. If the range contains similar-looking products, include reference images that distinguish them. A model name alone may not communicate every detail agreed for a specific order.
Request written confirmation of any proposed changes to materials, finish, components, dimensions, accessories or packaging. Record “unchanged” only after confirmation; do not infer it from an unchanged quotation title. Where information is incomplete, mark the field as awaiting confirmation rather than copying an old value as a new fact.
Maintain distinct records for product specifications and packing details. Review carton dimensions, carton quantity, labels, instructions and included hardware against the previous version. A change to the retail presentation may require new images or listing text even when the main product dimensions remain the same.
Use a simple table with the original value, proposed value, reason, reviewer and approval date. Give sales, purchasing and warehouse teams the same approved revision. Archive older versions with clear labels so they remain traceable without being mistaken for the current specification.
For an AURUN reorder inquiry, share the relevant product references, previous approved specifications and any requested changes through Contact Us. A clearly identified baseline gives both sides a practical starting point for reviewing the next order.
